The app is free to download, and while some workouts cost extra, there are many free options which are fast, easy, and guaranteed to get your heart pumping. The app is targeted towards busy people who want a fast and efficient workout which can be done anywhere.
After downloading, you can filter workouts by “no equipment” or select the equipment available to you from a drop-down menu. And voila, a list of workouts is available. The workouts are short, generally between 8 – 30 minutes, but don´t let that fool you, they are brutal. My first trial was a 9 minute interval workout and I was shamefully exhausted after that 9 minutes. The app provides both descriptions and videos of the moves in case the jargon is unfamiliar.
